You mean, radio traffic to the embassy in DC? Probably.

I googled for "antenna Russian embassy" bub didn't see anything
exciting on the first page of hits. There was a link to a Bill Gertz
article that may be interesting.

"Russian merchant ships used in spying"
http://www.c4i.org/rmss.html

I see this is happening off the Pacific coast of Russia. If it were
near Norfolk, I might be able to hear something.

The sub is said to be 625 feet below the surface, way too far down for
the wet exit. Pressure at that depth is about 300 psi.

Rush mentioned something about it during his broadcast. Went something like a
few weeks ago the Russians and the Chinese were playing war games together but
when it comes to rescue games the Russians call the US.

I understand we and the British (and probably others) have equipment enroute.

Last I heard they may have oxygen enough until Monday or so.

SOME TIME AGO WE SENT A SPY SUB OFF KAMCHATKA AND SUCCESSFULLY (oops!)
left listening devices with recorders on their undersea military com cables

I betcha they were "fishing" for some of our SOSUS antisubmarine arrays
and got fouled in the wires

just a hunch

I dont see why that is suppose to be news that they are spying. That sort
of thing has been going on since at least back in the 1950's.Countries
that have Submarines do spy on each other. This month's or last month's
Popular Science or Popular Mechanics magazine has an article about a new
American high tech Submarine.I have the snail mail magazine around here
somewhere, the new Submarine has a built in garage so peole and
underwater vehicles can leave and return to the Submarine. There might be
something at their websites about that. www.popularmechanics.com
www.popsci.com Those two magazines are printed in countries and
foreign languages around the World,so it is common knowledge by now.
