Klezmer music
or Gamelan sounds a lot better on a digital link than it does after
being bounced off the collapsing atmosphere.


I think it's not the technology or the clarity of sound that counts,
but the experience of listening....
Most people in this group LIKE listening to their their music after
it's bounced of the Ionosphere.

tell me the 40's-50's music Radio New Zealand broadcasts doesn't sound
more interesting after a few hops

It's just Cool listening to music broadcast from 6,000 miles away..
