Coming into cent.Tx. at 20 over tonight on an E-W T2FD cut for 7Mz.
10 Db. less on a N-S 100' of random wire,transformed and grounded.
I'd have guessed the opposite. I try to catch this 1:30 to 2:30 UTC
broadcast when I can. The news and views are usually interesting, (if
no less biased than our own,) and there's a bit of vaguely British,
1950's, martial sounding music between segments that usually brings a
smile for the images it evokes. This is the thing I love about short
wave that I would wish for my countrymen; the chance to get to know
our neighbors on this planet a little. Most of them are every bit as
civilized, decent, and intellegent as we, (somewhat less of a
stretch these days.) Especially since the game plan seems to be to
kill a few tens of thousands of them on the off chance that we can
install a government will be more responsive to U.S. wishes and hard
cheese for the Iranians, again. Best Regards, Steve
