Hurricane Hunter

TEAL 45 is currently trying to make a phone patch on 13927.1 at 1500. The MARS
op is getting a busy signal. TEAL 45 indicated that they'd try later.

TEAL 45 also indicated they were in the vicinity of the hurricane and were
observing strong winds.
