Default Small [region] SW broadcast system

Some minor free advice --

Consider the use of Log Periodic Horizontal antennas for transmission, as in
this example: http://cbc.am/cbc-src.htm
-- For SW power at or under ~5 kw, dipoles -- as in MW transmission are
fine -- so long as their hights do not exceed 49 m.

Yes, a license, too. But this would be setup as a missionary radio
station in remote villages of third world countries.
