Specially trained, like that lot who killed the brazilian guy?

Some training. Don't get ID. Take a leak instead of watching your
subject. Chase him down, again without ID. Pin him to a seat in the
Tube. THEN shoot.

Sorry, I don't give a rat**** about these "my country is better than
yours" threads but do NOT give me this "Specially trained" bull****.
That was an amateur screw up, that cost an innocent man his life.

Why not? They might simply be specially trained to use weapons. And no matter
what side one comes down on in the matter, weapons were used.

Well,I did have Rifle Range (World War Two Garand Rifles) training at
Fort Gordon,Georgia,November and December 1962.I missed more Bullseyes
than I shot at (Maggies Drawers) and I did get some kind of a purty
little metal to wear (it has two little bitty tiny chains on it) on my
lean mean fighting machine chest.I think I wore that (a Lieutant at the
Rifle range told me it is an ass chewing medal) medal about two or three
times on my Army Class A's.
