I am looking for a shortwave IRC. When I do a google search I come up
with www.trsc.com, but I can not get on the site because I get a time
out pop up message.

Anyway, I know one does exist. I use mIRC as a cleint. Here the
information I need in order to chat:

description
IRC Server
Port
Group

I guess not one seem know anything about IRC!

What I mean is Internet Relay Chat. Or any other chat rooms that I
could find hams or shortwave listeners.

site. watch out for the bots on relay chat....
