Yeah,they should all move to South Dakota,no hurricanes there.But who
would work the oil rigs in the Gulf Coast and who would keep transportation and commerce going in the Mississippi River? Who would keep America going? Do some research on Texas and Texas Cattle Drives and Texas Cowboys and
