"Brian Denley" wrote Then scientists should be allowed in your church to teach alternate theories about religion. Correct? The 'other points of view' are religious in nature - not science! In every "religious" school that I am familiar with in the U.S. there are science, math, chemistry, biology and physics subjects being taught. Those subjects are taught very well I might add and those students invariably go on to succeed in higher education. Usually performing better than public school counterparts. BTW, When did science get associated with 'left-wing' and 'socialist' agenda? Are scientists now considered evil by conservatives? Wow! Your obviously are clueless as to the agenda of Socialist/Communists to exclude ANY reference of religion in our public schools and government. An exclusion agenda that indeed has nothing to do with science. How your mind came to the conclusion that my argument advocated excluding science is beyond my comprehension. My argument is for the inclusion of "spiritual" study on an elective basis. That is what is being argued in the media but the Leftist/Socialist/"Progressive"/Communist factions are twisting the issue into propaganda by stating that it advocates literally teaching religion. That is completely false and a deliberate lie. To deny a choice is in essence advocating that God does not exist and that only Science can offer answers to ALL questions. Including "spiritual" questions which is non-sense. This exclusion of religious thought/theory in itself is evidence of the endorsement of ideology that the Communist Party is in essence god and IT is the center of the Universe. Study Communist ideology and that is what you will find there. Atheism is their religion where the Communist Party Politburo IS your living god - literally. |
