![]() "Christian Hansen" wrote in message ... What I'm looking for is a good SW radio available in the UK that will give me the same kind of quality that, say, the Sony 2010 did. I had one of these when I moved here; however, it's given up the ghost and I suspect that it's unrepairable by now and am not minded to try. So, any suggestions? Remember, I'm in the UK so suggestions for radios available in the US probably won't work for me. -- Chris Hansen | chrishansenhome at btinternet dot com |http://www.hansenhome.demon.co.uk or |http://www.livejournal.com/users/chrishansenhome/ I was in J. Birketts old style surplus shop at Lincoln the other day and he had a second hand Yeasu FRG 7000 in there, I had one some time ago and wish I had'nt parted with it. excellent rx. He also had several more such as JRC....Frg 7..etc....well worth a look as he is not over the top with his prices. ( Johns tel: 01522-520767 ) Mike. |
