Voice of Russia is putting a very good signal tonight. Big transmitter
on 15,595 KHz. Some times the modulation is weak then picks back up. They have a music program on right now that reminds me one on Radio New Zealand. New Zealand noisy on 15,720 KHz and Australia very good on 17,715 and 17,795 KHz. Australia has been very good on 21,740 KHz the last two days. -- Telamon Ventura, California |

I don't normally listen to them but I it seems to me that their signal should be good right now and it not anymore. Conditions look OK thought the space weather magnetic field is against the earths. -- Telamon Ventura, California |
