Somalia-Radio Shabel(l)e

Beginning to get a het on 6960.1 at 2010 from the presumed Radio Shabele (or is
it Shabelle) in Somalia.

Transmission scheduled to run till 2100.

EiBi shows it as Shabele but their website seems to spell it Shabelle.
