0330 UTC VOK in English

Now hearing the VOK in English somewhere around 9.9 MHz good and solid (very
unusual for here, since I'm actually inside the first hop zone for most
transmission frequencies) They are of course doing music, poetry and other
readings to the Great and Benevolent Leader..
