I would say it is one of several sources of radio reviews. It
certainly has some useful information but it is hardly THE
authoratative source.

Radio Netherlands has a good collection of reviews at
http://www2.rnw.nl/rnw/en/features/m...?view=Standard
but nothing after May/2004.

For the complete collection, be sure to follow the archives link at
http://www2.rnw.nl/rnw/en/features/m...ield=entrydate

Hello.

You will find many of the web sites mentioned in replies to you are
very good, especially RadioIntel and eHam. But for the most
comprehensive reviews on the largest number of SW receivers of all
types and price ranges, you cannot beat PASSPORT TO WORLD BAND RADIO,
the latest edition (2006) having just been released. It can be
purchased direct from http://www.passband.com or from some of the
radio dealers, such as Universal or Grove, from some local bookstores,
and even from Amazon.com.

By buying that book you will have many reviews easily at hand for
perusal at your leisure. It is, in my opinion, worth every penny they
charge and, for SW radio reviews, the best reference available.. I
personally have been buying the book every year since 1996.

Best,

Joe
