Default Shortwave GPS transmitter

To know where transmitters are and how much power they use and other
information about the transmitters? Sounds logical to me.

My plan was to build a tracking device to track where objects were
using the HF to transmit me the cordanates back to me.

LOL it's a college project like i said, and im in england and the law
for HF transmitting here states if your under 21 you dont need a
lisence. I'm trying to exploit this as much as i can before i become 21.

So you can transmit at a megawatt without a license in the UK, as long
as you are under 21.
Such a deal.

BTW, if you really want to get cheesy, you could use OOK to send your
data.

Several trransportation companies here in the States already do
this.they are able to detect where ALL there trucks are at any given
moment. I am ssure there are firms in England and Europe that do the
same, maybe you can check with them for information for your area.

They want to put them chips in our vehicles here in U.S.A.so they think
they can track us.I Say,SOBOTAGE d.c.!!!!
