Default RFID uses shortwave band

Just poking around the FCC website, I see some RFID systems use
13.56MHz.

I don't remember voting on letting some commercial spies use the
shortwave band! ;-)

The FCC does what they want (or what the commercial interests want).

Concern for public interest is not something they have a lot of time
for.

IBOC and BPL are great examples.

It is a sad day when the FCC doesn't contact you personally for your opinion
on the use of the ISM bands.
Perhaps that is because the ISM bands have existed for a great many years,
possibly before you were born.
You should notifiy them of this grevious error and place yourself on future
planning commitees.

Spare me the sarcasm. I didn't know there were shortwave ISM bands.
