Consider the implications. The Terror-Alert color codes are the shades
of the mysterious and terrible excretions of our otherdimensional

So -- thank God that Terror Alerts are coded by color, not texture!

Some well-placed aides (who wish to remain unnamed for their own
safety) claim to have identified the real meanings of several colors.
"Green" means "We pinched out this humongous no-bid contract, and we're
flowin' regular!" And "Red" means "We sucked down beaucoup wetlands
yesterday -- and boy, do those water moccasins hurt on the way out."

No wonder Tom Ridge went bonkers trying to interpret the royal stools.
