The Japanese Military in WW11 were incredibly cruel, especially to the
Chinese and Korean peoples. The rape and beheading of Australian nuns
in New Guinea was a full betrayal of the Bushido Code of Honour. The
machinegunning of aircraft and ship survivors was a commonplace.

The hot-jock cruelty of Japan's flyers in her airforce, cost the
Japanese Navy the crucial Battle of the Coral Sea.
Seeing what they thought to be 'easy meat' the Japanese Divebombers
swooped to the attack of Australian Admiral Cracie's Cruiser Group. The
cruisers were on full prop, to create the biggest wake signature, in
order to be more easily seen from the air. Crace was dragging his tail,
like a bird attracting attention from the nest.
Having dropped all their bombs, the Japanese divebombers then had the
dreadful realisation of an enormous mistake as they flew back to their
Carrier. There in plain view, were the American Carriers, without
fighter cover. However the cruel eyes of the pilots, were betrayed by
their cowardice. Instead of plunging to the attack, and using
themselves as bombs, they flew back to their Carrier. It cost their
Nation victory in the Pacific War.
Later at the Battle of Midway, a number of the American Divebombers
purposefully released their bombs too late, making their plane and
their bomb a double hit.
Their courage turned the tide of the Pacific War.By their deaths,
Australia was saved from many Rapes of Nanking.

The suffering of the Japanese people at the hands of their military,
and the dreadful firebombing of Tokyo and the A Bombing of Hiroshima
and Nagasaki has touched the hearts of Australians over the years. We
in Australia have sought to build bridges of peace and prosperity, and
overcome the wounds of the past.
Australia has made many friends in Japan.
We find we like Japanese people but we dont like them coming into our
waters to kill and eat whales.
