Interesting to look at, but unless you go somewhere else for them, there
doesn't seem to be actual freq's listed for the programs.

What am I missing ?

ILG hasn't yet released their semi-annual database of shortwave
broadcasts yet, but they DO have a new online service that lets you look
up the schedules of various broadcasters by time slots etc. See it here.
