Reporter: "Mr. President, why didn't you go through the courts?"

Da shrub: (*exact* quote) "I,....uh...I...uh,...... I...uh..." and then
his patented "deer caught in the headlights" look.

It's certainly nice to have a steady hand at the tiller.
