Default deceptive auction title on ebay

Right now on eBay, a seller lists two different auctions for "Eton E310" radios. I've never heard of this radio so I read the auctions. Do you think this seller intentionally put the wrong product name (it's actually the Eton E10 as can be clearly seen in the photos) to get more people viewing the auction? It's not a typo because it was done for two auctions and E310 is used in the auction description as well as the title.
