They can be heard here most every time I try.

Check the 2000 broadcast on 7545.

I can currently hear their Russian transmission on 7520 at 2120.

Thanks for confirming your reception. I tried both 7545 and 6280 at 2000 UTC and unfortuantely didn't hear even the faintest murmur. I'm curious if anyone on the U.S. west coast is receiving it. I'll email their engineering director.
