Default Radio Tashkent has ceased shortwave transmissions?

On the R. Tashkent website, it is written:

"We inform all those, who are trying to tune to RTI, that our
broadcasts are available now only on our web-site http://ino.uzpak.uz"

Do you remember who in US government actually gets to spend money?

Clue: The president only gets to spend what Congress allocates him.

Clue: There isn't enough of a Republican majority to get a bad foreign aid
bill passed without Democrat cooperation.

This page should have been called "Truth", like the source of the recent
anti-smoking propaganda on television.

my vote for President will be a write-in for Jiang Zemin.

I don't imagine things would be any different if the situation was
reversed. I'm starting to think all politicians are self serving scum.

You're catching on - Mr. Smith left Washington a *long* time ago.
