So why is it you mostly listen Steve?

It's my preferred hobby, and I personally find SWBC DX'ing more
challenging than
Amateur radio DX'ing.

Why?

Because.

Wouldnt actually contacting someone be more rewarding?

No, at least not to me anyway. Been there, done that.

When was your last contact?

Yesterday, on 2 meters.

When's the last time you were on HF?

Gee, maybe 10 years ago?

How about the last time you used CW?

Maybe 10 years ago. I certainly haven't forgotten it though. Pretty

confident I
could get the key back out and do all right.

You listen at all to HF hams via shortwave anymore?

Yes, most every morning.

I can get some to come
in here but my backyard antenna is in need of a serious upgrade.

The bands are full of them, upgrade that antenna.
