Default 5965 khz @ 22:40 UTC : Radio Republica ?

Good evening everyone,

I just catched this one at 22:40 UTC. I heard this radio with a strange
language, based on French for sure, but that wasn't French for sure ;-) !

Some kind of "creole" perhaps. Addresses given on air were including web site in
".cu", so Cuba, and the radio might be this one :
http://www.radiorepublica.org/

Can anyone confirm ? does one knows the tranmitter location please ?

Thanks in advance for your input...

Charly
