Utility Log

13.109 08:23 PST Upper sideband English automated weather broadcast female
voice. Is this from a Coast Guard station like CAMSPAC ? I think it is not
from Point Reyes because the signal periodically faded completely. I missed
the sign off because I had to leave the room. v.
