Solar storm last couple days?

BBCWS 5975 very noisy during Delano tx 0300 UTC. Curiously, the
Montsinery tx at 0200 is fine. Radio Havana on 6060 was full of static
last night too. I switched to 9590 but that was too weak. 6000 was
abruptly off at 0500, even though it's supposed to continue until 0700.
