: Just curious to hear about shortwave receivers that people have owned that are their longest-operating receivers. How long did they last, and are you still using them? Did they require major overhaul at any point during their long lives? Jackie Drake SSR-1 I got in 1974, but never used much except sporattically. Replaced the pilot lights a couple of times and cleaned band switch once. It still works pretty well. |
