About four years ago in the month of July,two guys with the City of
Jackson Water Department were working on (or pretending to be working
on) the water meter in the front yard next door to me.(I wish I had had
some film for my camera) When they got through,they slowly moved their
pickup truck up and down the street I live on and they peeked into every
single one of the snail mail boxes on the street I live on,including
mine too.

y'all dont believe the post office will and does ''inspect'' our snail
mail? Oh Yes they do! Twice it has happened to me.For instance I once
ordered some paper back books,HARRP and Underground Bases,
(www.sauderzone.com) two books from a book company.When my books got
here,there was what looked just like somebody had poked a finger in the
top right corner of the shipping envelope and ''checked out'' my books
and there was a lot of scotch tape covering the hole and all along the
top of the envelope.I still have that envelope around here somehere,I
know I didn't throw it away.
