Hello all,

The best mod on the 909/DX398 could be adding the Sync detect. I have a
909 and a Sony SW100. I usually prefer the 909 for the general listening
and "browsing" the SW. When I have two stations on the same frequency, I
then try the SW100 with Sync. It helps...

Does anyone knows wether this is possible ?

Possible but not practical. AFAIK it hasn't been done.
