Heard Radio Dubai at 23:15 UTC. Interference, but understandable.
Ethnic music, followed by announcer speaking in Arabic, followed by a
newsreading by a male in English. About S5 on the Satellit 800 off the
whip, here in southern Wisconsin.

I'm listening to Radio Cairo right now at 03:45 UTC on 11950 KHz playing
middle eastern music and I guess Arabic. Coming in S9 with the folded
dipole cut for that band. They sound like they are in the bottom of a
tank but otherwise good signal.
