problem ts-870

Hy! I hawe a problem with my kenwood ts 870 , when push AT TUNE and press
THRU/AUTO the tuner go to tune the antenna but the hf power not going out ,
only when the AT TUNE is off the rig can transmitt with 100W !! if it is
someone who know how erpair this problem I am thank ! please help me !!
