the "hope" of attracting new listeners that require them to buy new more
expensive radios is a good plan.

Once everyone is IBOC, the hash heard from any less than ideal location
will probably lead to XM sales. The destruction of the educational
portion of the FM band to religious scam artists is enough to make me
get XM just for travelling. One year's XM fee is like a tank and a half
of George Bush priced gasoline.

So - When you buy something Made in China or India
the Money goes around the World and Buys another
Barrel of Oil on the World Market that drives-up the

The president can bring the price down in any number of ways. Of
course, the desire to reduce the price of oil would be required.
