That's useful information. Another source is Jeff Masters on the
Weather Underground:

http://www.wunderground.com/blog/JeffMasters/show.html

Could be a significant surge from this storm in western Florida.

I'm almost speechless...

Please show me documentation that the meteorologists at weather.com,
weather underground, weather channel, any of the network meoteorlogists
or the nati0onal hurricane center have ever wanted a hurricacne to
happen. If anything they a providing advance warnings of dangerous
weather and suggested precautions for residents.

The do use positive (e.g ''favorable'') words to describe a
strengthening storm.

As in the eye of the storm has expanded, barometric pressure is
dropping like a rock, winds are increasing to category 5 status, with
gusts exceeding 220mph, previous estimates of coastal areas effected
have been doubled, the tidal sure is now expected to exceed 15 feet.
That's positive?
