SWL is a loser hobby !
SWL is a dead horse - you all missed the boat !
SW receivers are cheap, over-priced plastic boxes !
Eaton **** E1 is no better than the 800, or 2010 !
SW listeners are loser nerds !
Go hide in your ham shacks !
60 and 90 meter tropical bands have emptied out !
BBC no longer broadcasts to North America !
"Voice of the Andes" is gone !
AM DXing lives on !
IBOC does not affect AM DXing !
IBOC will never fly !
You all are losers, with a loser hobby !
You all are 30 years too late, but I wasn't !
I know what it used to be like !
DRM will render your receivers useless !
DRM will render the Eaton **** E1 useless !
Go find another hobby, losers !

SWL is dying !
SWL is dead !
But I'm not cry'n !
For you nerd heads !

Wow. Even had the obligatory AOL address. The only
thing missing is the misspelled words and all caps.

Of course, someone on AOL accessing a newsgroup
to call the people who engage in another electronic
hobby "nerd heads" is really the pot calling the kettle
black, but nevermind.

I thought AOL stopped providing newsgroups some time ago.
Seems I remember it in the news, perhaps last year?
