Default Expensive QSL's

I was just looking around on eBay Completed Items and came across this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/1960-Dodecanece-Islands-USCGC-Courier-QSL-Card_W0QQitemZ320001745119QQihZ011QQcategoryZ3514Q QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Though an amateur radio QSL, this guy was operating on board the United States
Coast Guard Cutter 'Courier' which was in the Agean to relay VOA programming.
