Your mentality, dip****, is to have the audacity to shill for your QRM creating
crap in a radio listening, radio dx'ing forum.

I see. And you would rather be an ostrich, and not hear any of it... I knew
that.

Do you forsee a time when you'll be able to charge extra for High
Definition commercials?

No, but I think the HD-2 channels will produce revenue. At The Conclave
yesterday, the belief was expressed that those channels would produce $800
million in additional revenue by 2008.

Is there a second channel on AM HD? (Where's the bandwidth?).

Not with the current setup. Although there might be more bandwith
opened up once the analog part of the signal is turned off for good.
But that won't happen for YEARS.

The "killer ap" for AM IBOC is the improved sound and reduction of
static on the digital audio stream.

The killer ap for FM, though, I believe is the additional channels. I
doubt most people wil notice an increase in sound quality in "digital
FM" (if you can still call it that).
