Interesting comms on 6218 khz. Don't know who it is, but they keep
talking about whether they "have liquid yet", whatever that means.

This sounds like some sort of naval exercise.

The apparent tracking net is still running as heard here at 1510. I wonder what
carrier group is out on ops? I haven't heard back from my contact in Florida.

I don't know but the exercise sounds to be in full swing now. I've been
listening for a while.

Me too! Ever since around 1500. There also seems to be some other activity going on up
frequency possibly in conjunction with that going on on 6218.

Been listening since 2000UTC (Boston, MA) no copy.

Wasn't stated, but, assumed LSB. What is the upper frequency??

Most utility and military comms are USB. The frequency is 6218.

The activity is currently almost continuos at the moment. You can't miss it.

The upper frequency seems to be around 6219.5 USB with what sounds like comms in Chinese,
around the same level as the comms on 6218. They don't talk very often.

Wonder if it's some sort of joint manoeuvres with Taiwan?
