Not marketed as such, but there *are* Bluetooth adapters out there for devices
that use "standard" headphones and microphones, such as cell phones (e.g.,

Adapting that to an HT is, I expect, no more than perhaps a bit of level
matching an connectorization.

Only if the HT has a VOX function.
