Good HF Antenna and Location on Semi?

I've been told that Mounting an antenna between cab and trailor is going to
cause reflectivity problems and more than likely will harm SWR and wont get
out very good . anyone have any ideas for a truck driver needing a good
location for HF bands?

Maybe the BB3 so no worries as to needing a tuner....but where to put the
darn thing hehe

Any info would be appreciated
