Grounding lug source K400 trunk lip

Grounding lug source K400 trunk lip

Anyone have a source for the lug that goes to ground on a Diamond K400
antenna?
It appears to be a 5/8 or 3/4" solder or crimp on. I was able to
obtain 2, but would like to have a few more.
