A document taken from the Communist Chinese Embassy by defector Jiyan Zhang
has the details of Communist China's effort to block the channel from airing
in Canada, including "detailed communications four times with the key
players in the NTDTV application: the CRTC, Rogers Cable (a likely carrier
for NTDTV), and the CCTA, the cable association that sponsored NTDTV's
application"
