William Howard, military radio authority, historian & collector

After several months of illness, Bill Howard died May 7th at 6:15 PM
in Florida. He was considered a friend, mentor and knowledgeable
source concerning military radio. He will be missed by the many he
helped. May he rest in peace and may the Lord have mercy on his soul.
