Hurricane Gustav from Mississippi perpective

Summer squall conditions, 4-6" rain, no big deal.

"Nawlins" is getting flushed for certain this time. Population will
decrease again until the drug lords want to take back their "hood."

That's what happens when you live "Below Sea Level."
