Voice of Russia

Voice of Russia, in English, on 9665 // 9890 at 2315 on April 24. Both
sio-454. Interesting discussion between two men abt the evolution in
programming from the "Radio Mocow" days. I know that 9665 is from
Grigoriopol (and whatever country you want to call it), but where is
9890 broadcast from? Moscow? (Bryant-KY, Sony 7600GR)
