Cable and mobile antenna on MKZ

Folks,
Trying to find an optimum way of mounting an HF mobile... probably 20
meters... antenna on a Lincoln 2009 or 2010 MKZ. If you have mounted
one I would appreciate info on how it was mounted and how you ran the
cable into the car.
