Region 1537 rotated of the solar disc yesterday which leaves five visible groups. Regions 1542 and 1543 continue to maintain their Beta-Gamma magnetic configuration. No new groups were numbered yesterday. Four C class solar flares tool place yesterday, The largest was a C2 from region 1543 which peaked at 1240z. It is possible that an Earth directed coronal mass ejection occurred with this solar flare. Image below from the SDO shows the C2 solar flare. 73 de jon m0hem |
