In November last year I monitored what seemed to be a satellite feed of Radio Vietnam in northern Vietnamese on 11840 kHz, signal strength QSA4+. Half hour broadcast from 2000-2030 GMT. What a surprise. Time indicated that the intended audience was the Vietnamese community in France. I emailed the Voice of Vietnam requesting confirmation, but did not get a clear answer. The question was never resolved and I have not heard the broadcast since. Anyone else have info on this BC?
