Hello
i have IC706MKII whith original Mic i should speak too loudly into the mic to get more output power on SSB! So i disturb XYL and my own helth! Any alternative please CN8JV From MORROCO |

Use a speech processor.

Any alternative please CN8JV From MORROCO Increase the microphone gain setting. ----------------------------------------- If mic gain potmeter is already max. ,I can send you some circuit diagrammes for a homebrew mic amplifier with readily available components.
