sm rf power transistors??
does anyone have a few transistor recommendations..
looking for 1w at vhf (2m)..must be surface mount.. dont mind using 2 in parallel.. g0zen p.s. preferably not mrf as hard to get here.. needs to be 15v ce gain 10db+ |
